We recently purchased our first home, and have had 3 great experiences with Brandon. He came initially to check out a couple of things we’d flagged on around our property – he was chill, friendly, responsive, practical, and very straightforward. He fixed one minor thing that day, and gave us some advice on what to think about going forward. Since then, we’ve had him back to install a water line for our fridge and to fix our garbage disposal. For the water line to the fridge, he gave us two options for how it could work and was clear about the pros and cons of each. His price was reasonable, he came exactly when he said he would, and got the job done efficiently and well with no complications. No surprises anywhere. The garbage disposal was super minor (we probably could have sorted it out ourselves if we’d been more diligent) but he came out quickly and sort of last minute, and fixed it right away. Totally reasonable in every possible way – totally recommend working with him.

I can honestly say the entire experience of repiping my house was a pleasant experience. I contacted Brandon who quickly came over and went under the house evaluated the job and gave me a detailed estimate. He completed the job in less time than promised with no extra charges. His work was excellent and completely cleaned up after the job. He also was 40 percent less than the other bid. Before you call anyone else I would call Brandon from Hughes Plumbing Services. I called him with a plumbing issue and he got right back to me and came out the same day. He was on time, communicated with me and gave a fair price. I will be calling him going forward with any plumbing issues. He sent me an invoice right away for my records.

Can I give 100 stars?! Amazing experience. Brandon came out and fixed 2 problems in our house. When he finished he started walking to our door. I said, “How much?” He replied, “Nothing. We’re good. Just call us when you have a real plumbing problem!” I mean! Who does this in this day and age? Not many! We absolutely will call Hughes Plumbing again if we need any more plumbing work done! Courteous and efficient work. Very responsive and accommodating. Was able to replace a hot water recirculating pump on the same day as the estimate. Price was fair. Did not try to upsell. Highly recommended.

Brandon came out to shorten our gas line that stuck out too far from the wall so we couldn’t close the laundry room door for the new dryer! He showed up exactly on time, was super friendly, cleaned up after himself, and was here less than 30 minutes total. The dryer fits perfectly now and the door closes again! Also got a quote for a bigger plumbing project while he was here. Will definitely use him again, it is really nice to have a local plumber who does great work

Great service! Brandon found the best and most economical solutions for our issues. He responded quickly to our call, looked carefully at our sink, faucet and shower issues and found good solutions. Even when we brought up other issues, he suggested solutions that we could do by ourselves very easily. Great guy.. A plumber you can trust!!!

Had water start coming up from underneath the floor in my bathroom. Had one plumber come out and tell me he was pretty sure that it was from my tub leaking and that he’d have to cut into my slab with a jackhammer to fix it. He said it would be around $3500. I called Brandon as a second opinion and this dude came out on a Sunday, looked at the problem and pretty quickly figured out that I had a leaky pipe inside my wall (so, nothing to do with the tub.) The problem got fixed, Brandon was super cool about everything and I didn’t have to pay anywhere near $3500 to get it cleared up. Would use this plumber again.
